How to pickup at Post Office

How about getting your pocket wifi delivered at the post office?

A post office is always available near you to pick-up your package. Just like the P.O. Box service, it will be sent using general delivery services to your preferred location.

Just follow the steps below:

• Order with your preferred post office name and address.
• Enter your full (with all middle names) name as on your passport/ID.
• Receive a pick-up voucher with your order confirmation.
• Receive your Tracking Information sent to you after the shipment (generally 1-3 days prior to your pick-up date).

On the pick-up day, simply:
1 Visit the post office.
2 Show your voucher & tracking number
to post office staff on your phone.
3 Show passport/ID for self-certification.

No need to speak Japanese, your pick-up voucher works as your interpreter.
