When renting a long-term Wi-Fi device for your trip to Japan, it is important to carefully review the rental policies before signing the contract. Japan Wireless, a leading provider of rental Wi-Fi devices, has a policy in place for the cancellation of long-term rental orders.

In general, cancellation of long-term rental orders is not possible. However, if you need to cancel in the middle of the contract, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will apply as a penalty. After the rental provider confirms the device’s return, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the customer’s registered credit card.
