Airport Taxi: How to Get to the Hired Car Stand at Narita Airport T 1 & 2

This is a guide for Airport Taxi customers that made a booking from Narita Airport Terminal1 or 2. If you don’t know us yet, Airport Taxi is a private taxi service. We operate at most international airports in Japan such as Narita, Haneda, KIX, Itami, New Chitose, and Naha, offering a competitive fixed rate.

For those who already have a booking and are wondering where they will meet the driver, please keep reading.

Customers with Meet & Great Service

If you have Meet & Great Service you DO NOT need to go to the hired car stand area since the driver will be waiting for you on the arrival lobby (1F) with your name. Since they can be too much people waiting in the lobby and it can be difficult to see the driver, kindly search the nearest Information desk near to your arrival lobby. The driver will be near by.

In case that you are not able to see our driver, please don’t hesitate to call him (we will provide you with the driver’s mobile phone number at least one hour before your booking time) or our customer services from 08:00 to 23:00.

How to Get to the Hired Car Stand from Terminal 1

▼1. Exit through the South Exit S2-S3 or North Exit N2

Follow the parking or shuttle bus signs (there is not taxi sign)

▼2.Cross the two crosswalks until you reach the third row

If you leave by one of the other exits, look for the nearest crosswalk.

Note: The first row is for buses and the second one for standard taxis but not hired/private transportation cars.

▼3. Search for your car

The car will be parked on the «Accessible Drop-off and Pick-up Zone»

Please understand that we cannot know exactly where our driver will be as this will depend on the space available when he arrives. Please check the line, or call the driver directly on the phone to find out where he is if you can not find him (in case you were not be able reach him, you can call the customer services from 08:00 to 23:00).
