How can I get a refund?

Regrettably, we cannot issue refunds for eSIMs for any reason at all unless you had purchased insurance with your eSIM. Therefore, it is important to verify in advance that your device, whether an iphone or a Samsung, is unlocked, designed for data-only eSIMs, and intended for use solely in Japan before making a purchase. *Please note that some devices may not be compatible based on the purchase location.
