Setting up your eSIM

My Japan Wireless eSIM doesn't work on my Android

Settings> Cellular> SIM> eSIM> Access Point Name (APN) There, please add 'm-air.jp' to the name of the APN and the APN itself. Please refer to this guide (Android Setup Guide) for a clearer explanation. If it’s still not working, don’t hesitate to contact us at: esim_support@japan-wireless.com
