Why won't my eSIM work?
To start off, it's important to understand that eSIM QR codes can only be activated once. Any subsequent scans will not be successful. Make sure your data roaming is turned on. If you have it turned off, your eSIM will not work. To check the activation status of your eSIM, please go to the 'My eSIM' section and look under the 'Purchased' category. If it's not activated, you can attempt a manual setup.
